15 Bodyweight Shoulder Exercises for Runners | VIDEO

When you run, just a few (or none) muscles are inactive and each of them have different functions: movement, support, balance, etc.

Many runners believes that they only runs with their legs,  but the truth is that the arms, back, hands and shoulder, contribute to the movements of a runner.

Although few runners think of them, shoulders are important contributors of your movements while running.

The arms are responsible for maintaining a rhythmic motion in tune with the lower body. The shoulders should be properly positioned and flexible enough to allow the diaphragm to expand unimpeded and provide proper airflow.

In addition, the shoulders have an important visual and aesthetic impact. Strong  shoulders (men and women) can be extremely attractive.

Thats why, we’ll show you a video with 15 Bodyweight Shoulder Exercises for Runners.
