Many people have the habit to consume a lot of cereals in the belief that all cereals are healthy, but the truth is that not all the cereals good for your health and performance.

1. THE LESS COLOR THE BEST
Stay away from the more colorful; too much colour equals too many processes, less nutrients and more calories.
2. CHOOSE CEREALS WITH LESS SUGAR
Look at the ingredients and the nutritional info of the cereal and choose those with less sugar.
3. CHOOSE WHOLE GRAIN CEREALS
Always choose the least processed cereal, try to select whole grain.
4.- MOST FIBER
Eat cereals with good amounts of fiber, they will help you stay fuller for longer and collaborate in detoxify your body.
