The first marathon (42 km or 26.2 miles) is one of those moments that a runner will never forget for the rest of his life.

Becoming a marathon runner helps into forging a person’s character, and also in understanding that a human being is able to accomplish much more of what anybody could think.

However, running a marathon is difficult, especially for the beginners who will be running a distance they have never run before.
