How Running Helps You to Be A Beast In Bed

Running has the wonderful ability to transform people.

In this article will tell you how running affects a runner´s sex life and transform you in a sexual beast.

1. IMPROVES YOUR CONFIDENCE

Running makes you tougher, stronger and healthier. The emotional and psychological benefits may be even greater.

It is normal to notice an increase on your self-esteem  thanks to the feeling you can achieve your personal goals: run more miles than usual, run for a longer period of time, or whatever.

The increase of your self-esteem and of confidence, produces changes in your daily life and certainly in your sex life.

Running will help you feel more confident and more attractive.

And in bed, these two features can make a huge difference.

2. YOUR HEAR RATE WILL DECREASE

A sedentary lifestyle with no or irregular physical activity  can make you enjoy less the sexual intercourse

After a few minutes, the heart rate is too high, the body temperature increases and everything starts to bother.

For a runner in good  shape, sex means a low physical  demand. If you can run without stopping for an hour, sex is something “easy” for you.

4. MAJOR VARIETY

There are many sexual positions, “the erotic v”, “Seesaw”, “Pinwheel” and many others.

Many of these sexual position have high physical demands and can be challenging for many people.

However, for those who run and have stronger  legs, and all your muscles trained, it is much easier to add variety to your sex.

Running makes the impossible positions into possible and enjoyable.

Erectile dysfunction, is the inability to achieve or sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse.

Impotence or erectile dysfunction is a common disease that if left untreated can affect relations with the couple, family, work and social environment.

In a 2003 Study from Harvard University found that men over 50 who exercise at least three hours a week, have a 30% lower risk of impotence than those who do little or no exercise.

6. MORE PLEASURE

In an another Study of Harvard University, 160 male and female swimmers between 40 and 60 years showed a positive relationship between regular physical activity and frequency and enjoyment of sex.

In addition, the results indicated that 60 years old swimmers reported sex lives comparable to those of 40 years.

In another Study they found a significant correlation between the level of physical fitness in men and women with sexual activity and satisfaction.

7. MAKE YOU FEEL MORE DESIRABLE

Although relates to point 1, it is important to say that there is evidence that women and men feel more desired when they do physical activity.

Thus, in a Study on women they reported feeling more desired. 71% of women who reported physical form above average, were rated more desirable.

In men, 100% of those who exercised 6 or 7 days a week reported feeling more desired than average. In women the percentage was 63%.
