This is the 20-minute routine to get gorgeously toned legs and glutes at home.

We will start with “10min Booty Activation” to really FIRE UP those glute muscles & continue with the “12min Leg Workout”.

▸ Equipment: if you have a booty band, you can use it :) If you don’t have one, don’t worry.

Otherwise you only need a soft surface (like a yoga mag or soft towel).

Before you begin, warm up with a 6-minute warm-up.

After your workout, cool down with a 5-minute stretch.

Now cool down with this 5-minute stretch and cool-down routine.

Doing this combination of leg exercises at home will hit your quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes and your core too, so over time, if you do them regularly, you should notice a difference in your legs, bum and tum.

Of course, if it takes you a bit longer, don’t worry – it’s better not to risk pulling muscles by going too fast, especially if you’re just starting out.
