Mobility Strength helps to improve the range of motion within your joints and then lengthens and strengthens that movement.
Take as much time as you need to catch your breath in between exercises/sets.
Go through each exercise in order.
Initially go through the routine once.
As you become stronger, aim to perform two sets of the entire routine.
We start out with a little bit of a warmup, but make sure to do a full cool down once you’re done.
