1.-It is difficult to improve
If you jog every day the same way without any planning, you’re not training the different aspects that you have to train, such as the speed or endurance.
A training plan is like a map, it shows you how to your destination; whithout the map you might miss and not get anywhere.
2.-Lack of motivation
In addition to fitness, motivation is key to run better . If you run always the same, same distance, same place and in the same way, it is much more likely to get bored and stop running.

If you have a plan, it is more difficult to skip a workout. Stay at your home the day you have to do a fartlek, will not be easy. The training plan works as a powerful motivator.
